A fully equipped Gymnasium located on the 3rd floor opens 24/7, customized training lesson at reservation basis. In addition, there is a swimming pool, Kids playroom and dry & steam sauna.

The check-out time is at 12pm. Should you require a late check-out, kindly check with our Client Relations Supervisor.

What are the available dining options?
Our all-day dining restaurant, which operates breakfast from 6:00 -10:30 in the weekday, 07:00-11:00 in the weekend and PH; operates lunch from 11:00 -14:00 in the weekday, 11:00-21:00 in the weekend and PH; operates dinner from 17:00 -21:00 in the weekday, 11:00-21:00 in the weekend and PH.
Our all-day dining restaurant offers a range of choice, from Western to Chinese, and of course, traditional southeast Asia cuisine.
In-room dining service is also available for guests to dine in the comfort of their room via Room Service, which operates from 11:00 -14:30 & 17:00 -21:30 in the weekday, 11:00 - 21:30 in the weekend and PH.

We have rooms with Super King Bed (200cm x 200cm), and Twin Bed (200cm x 100cm).

Complimentary baby cots are available upon request.
Extra bed will be available at selected apartment types at RMB300 (inclusive of 1 breakfast)

Are the residences handicap-friendly?
All our rooms are built with no floor drop within the unit. And we have two bedrooms with special features and amenities to cater to our wheelchair-bound guests.
Is on-site parking available and what is the cost?
Free parking is available for in-house guests. Standard parking charges will apply to other guests.
Is airport shuttle service provided?
Complimentary shuttle services mainly for LS, stop-station will be designated based on the demand of majority guests. Limousine or taxi services are available upon advance request. Kindly check with FD/Concierge for more information.
What is the reception operating hours?
The reception, concierge and security services are available 24/7.

How do I get to the hotel?
From Chengdu Shuangliu international Airport
By Taxi - It is about 12km from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport to the hotel. Taxi takes approximately 20 minutes and costs around RMB 33.
By Public Transportations - Take Metro Line 10 then transfer to Metro Line 7. Get off at San Wa Yao Metro Station then take bus No. 510 and get off at South Ke Hua Road, after that walk to the hotel.

In general, our apartments can accommodate up to 3 persons depending on the room category.
There is a strict adherence to the number of guests in each room type as recommended under the Health & Safety regulations.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies may vary by reservations type. Guests are required to cancel their room reservation at least 24 hours in advance.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed.
